Pricing & Payment

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are processed securely. MagicElixir™ does not store your full payment information.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order on magicelixir.co constitutes an offer to purchase. MagicElixir™ reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, inaccurate information, product unavailability, or pricing errors. You will be notified if your order is cancelled and any payment collected will be refunded.

An order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation email from MagicElixir™.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. MagicElixir™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. MagicElixir™ is not liable for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. In such cases, re-shipment fees may apply.

Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, opened or used products cannot be returned. By purchasing from MagicElixir™, you agree to the terms of that policy in full.

Intellectual Property
